When Larry Jones and Jerry DiPietro met in 2005, both already had extensive backgrounds in flooring. Jerry had grown interested in the need for better flooring for kitchens and restaurants after working in his family's Canton, Ohio pizza business. Larry, whose father was a property manager and maintenance company owner, was running a floor buffer by age eight and spent his college summer breaks pouring concrete. Together, they realized they could take their appreciation for functional and aesthetically pleasing floors to greater heights.

As co-owners of Industrial Polymer Systems, Larry and Jerry are committed to taking the overwhelming amount of information available regarding coating systems and breaking it down into understandable terms for their clients. Their knowledge, combined with their love of decorative techniques, makes them a power duo, highly esteemed by contractors, business owners, designers and architects alike.
